Finding the right cleanser, toner, moisturiser yada yada yada can be difficult when you're prone to acne/have sensetive skin - especially sticking to a routine that works for you...
Kendall is basically ~flawless~ in every way, shape and form, especially in the skin department. So when her dermatologist Christie Kidd spoke out about the top mistakes girls with acne-prone skin make, we listened.
The video can be seen on Kendall's website/app, but Dr. Kidd explains:
"I never want you washing your face with anything abrasive," she says in the video. "Not a scrub, not a rotating brush, not a washcloth. You want to treat it very delicately and just wash really well with your hands."
Kendall explained how she once suffered from acne, and from what we can see of her glowin' skin today, her routine deffs works...
Dr. Kidd explained to seventeen.com that using your hands is best, as a rotating brush can "increase inflammation of the zit, actually making it worse." The same goes for washclothes as they can be irritating and spread a whole lotta bacteria.
"I often find patients have bought and are using far too many products which makes their skin worse," she added. "Keeping it simple and effective is far better for acne."
