It's a good day when King Kylie decides to ~bless~ us all with a makeup tutorial on her Snapchat. We can always learn something new - espesh when it comes to our contour game.
Sometimes, like us mere mortals, Kylie doesn't have her glam squad in tow. So she has to improvise. Lucky for her she's skilled in the art of makeup and usually does it all herself anyway.
Kylie ALWAYS looks put together, and although it looks effortless when she does it, she even described it as "low-key hard" in one of her captions. Sums it up pretty well if you ask us.
That doesn't mean we can't at least try and replicate her look. Lucky for us, she has pointed out some very unique tips and tricks we probably never knew...
Kylie doesn't just outline the top and bottom of her brows with concealer, but uses the routine of 'baking' to "set that b**," as she describes it. 'Baking' is when translucent powder and concealer are mixed together to achieve a smooth finish. She uses Laura Mercier's Translucent Setting Powder for this.
Kylie makes sure her Beautyblender is saturated in water before setting her powder. This is a trick she learnt from her makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic to make sure the powder "doesn't look cakey."
Kylie opts for a brown mascara on her bottom lashes because it achieves a ~softer~ and more natural look. Her makeup artist Patrick Ta taught her this trick and we gotta say, it works.
Kylie uses Lancôme's Ôscillation mascara - which isn't available in Aus just yet. Cries.
Of course Kylie uses her own brand of Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kit for her pout. She uses Kylie Cosmetics Lip Liner in Candy K to fill her entire lip, which she then coats with KoKo K gloss - which launches July 15. YAS!
NGL we think it'd be pretty high-key hard for us to achieve this look so effortlessly, but it's worth a shot...
Her final result was BABEN as all hell, and once again we are reminded that this girl has legit beauty talent. Kill it kween.
