Kylie Jenner responds to her Lip Kits' crap consumer rating

And we feel kinda bad for her RN.

ICYMI, Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits got slammed in the Better Business Bureau's latest consumer report, scoring a solid "F" rating. But rather than staying radio-silent on the whole thing Ky-Lizzle, savvy businesswoman that she is, just posted a classy as hell response on her website.

She starts by thanking her loyal fans and consumers for their Kylie Cosmetics love and apologised to any peeps who "didn't receive the service they deserve".

After a little #humblebrag ("I've sold millions of Lip Kits"), Ky was obvs still kinda hurt by the awful rating and went on to say she's "sick and tired of people coming after my business." Poor Kylez.

Since yesterday's truthbomb, the Bureau has gone and changed their Lip Kit rating from an "F" to a 'No Rating', stating they're "waiting on updates on the brand’s customer service and quality issues".
