After THAT excruciating interview of Cara Delevingne went viral yesterday (see below), the star went on Twitter to explain that maybe the interview went a little pear-shaped 'cos the newsreaders couldn't keep up with her quick wit.
Cara tweeted: "Some people just don't understand sarcasm or the British sense of humour."
That... and maybe 'cos the questions the reporters asked her were just plain daft.
Cara then retweeted actor Zach Braff.
Before retweeting "Good Morning America" social media editor Jeff Lowe's very valid comment.
Your girl Cara Delevingne was absolutely grilled in an interview on Good Day Sacramento and the video is single-handedly the most cringe thing we've watched in a loooong time.
The hosts first greeted Cara as 'Carla' and things went downhill from there as they pressed on with a bunch of yawnsville questions, then turn on her when she doesn't seem as "excited" by the film as she was in previous interviews they've watched.
We're thinking that it's maybe this is 'cos a) she's tired, as she states when she responds "It's the morning, don't be mean" or quite possibly it's b) that the interviewers are giving her nothing to work with and y'know, she's not a performing monkey. JEEZ.
Either way, we still love you Cara.
