Billboard made the announcement that Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas are and manager Phil McIntyre have teamed up with Island Records (Nick Jonas’ current label for those not in the know) to launch Safehouse Records.
Demi opened up to Billboard about the awesome new venture.
"I've worked closely with both Nick and Phil for years and we share the same point of view when it comes to making music,” she said.
“It's incredibly exciting to be part of this new company where I'm in control of all aspects of my career. I can't wait to share what we're working on!"
And the best best bit of all? Safehouse will release Demi’s fifth album in a partnership with her current label, Disney-owned Hollywood Records. Sheesh that’s a mouthful.
Anyway, exciting times ahead! But we’ll still always hold a torch for the good ol’ days of Camp Rock.
