As one of the most successful models in the world, it’s basically Kendall Jenner’s job to stay fit and take care of her body, right? Right.
When she’s not busy working out in the gym or hanging out with Gigi Hadid she’s probs got a crew of dedicated dieticians at her beck and call waiting to shove veggies and superfoods down her throat.
Buuut, in typical Kendall style, she proves she’s actually just like the rest of us when it comes to food. Well, sort of.
In one of Kenny’s recent blog posts on her app she revealed that rather than ~ObEyinG~ the standard supermodel diet (think: chickpeas, salmon and juice), she actually DGAF about that and will eat whatever, and however much, she wants.
“I know some people ask for super crazy things backstage, but that’s not my style — I’m pretty easy! I have low blood sugar, so I definitely need things to keep me going (aka lots of food!),” she writes.
Then she breaks down her go-to snack list – which actually looks freakishly like our own weekly shopping lists…
“Here’s what will forever and always make my list: Twix, Justin’s Peanut Butter, chips and guac, and hummus and carrots. See, pretty simple — just feed me and I’m ready to go!”
Yep, we were expecting Ken to have kale juice on tap and eat sprigs of broccoli for every meal, but it turns out Ken’s actually just a poor student deep down and eats all of the junk food.
Of course, the next obvs thing to ask is: how the hell does she eat all this crap and still manage to look a runway ready ALL THE FREKKIN TIME?
Now that, my friends, is the million dollar question.
