Kendall Jenner may ooze confidence, but she like many others has her own intimate struggles that she deals with daily.
Kenny has opened up about her battle with anxiety, and we're feeling for her :(.
Posting on her app, she has revealed that the last 12 months have been the worst time for her in regards to the issue. "Anxiety was a huge hurdle for me to deal with this past year (and security concerns didn't help). But I think I'm finally learning how to cope."
It isn't the first time she has described similar problems, in another post sharing that she had a panic attack. "I once had a really bad attack on a plane and just had to ride it out," she wrote. "I felt my heart beating a million miles an hour and I even went a little numb."
Kendall knows she has a while to go to conquer the issue, but she has "learned that it's all mental, so I try to prevent anxiety attacks by bringing my mind somewhere else."
She regularly does breathing exercises to calm down, and even painted her room this shade of pink as it has been scientifically proven to calm and suppress hunger. Yikes.
It's a brave move to reveal these intimate problems to the world, especially when you're under the intense scrutiny Kendall and her family deals with every day.
