UPDATE 04/10/16: Kim Kardashian has landed back in New York following her horrendous ordeal in Paris over the weekend. During the early hours of Monday morning at least two robbers, dressed as police officers, entered Kim’s apartment and stole up approximately $11 million worth of her jewellery, including the 15 carat engagement ring given to her by Kanye West, along with her two smartphones.
Upon arrival at Teterboro Apirport, Kim and her family were escorted back to their apartment in a 15-car motorcade, according to US Weekly.
People magazine reports that Kim was "hysterical" when she spoke with Kanye following the robbery: "She was really upset and it took him a few seconds to understand what she was saying to him," a source told the magazine. "He wanted to get to her as soon as he could. He told her that he couldn’t care less about the jewellery; he’s just thankful that she’s okay."
Kim was allegedly ‘bound and gagged’ by the robbers at approximately 2:30am and ‘begged them to spare her life, telling them she had babies at home’, TMZ reports.
It is believed North and Saint were not present at the time of the robbery.
Kim’s representatives told CNN that Kim is ‘badly shaken but physically unharmed’ following the incident.
According to the MailOnline, Kim’s main bodyguard Pascal Duvier, was sighted with Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner at a nightclub at the time of the robbery.
While Twitter trolls took the opportunity to take a dig at Kim, celebrities have spoken out to show their support for the Kardashian, reminding haters that nobody deserves to be held at gunpoint.
