We’re sure you’re all still talking about the major controversy from The Oscars, but you legit need to see the other big moment from the night!
Disney flick Moana was up for two awards on the night of nights and to celebrate, the voice behind Moana, Auli'i Cravalho made an epic performance.
Moana was the debut role for 16-year-old Hawaiian gal, Auli'I and we’re pretty sure we can all agree she slaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayed.
Fun fact: Hundreds of girls auditioned for the role of Moana, and high school freshman Auli'i (who was 14 at the time) was the last to audition and successfully nabbed the role.
Cravalho looked gorj on the night, rocking a stunning gown as she walked the red carpet.
She later took to stage to perform the catchy track from the flick, ’How Far I’ll Go’ and she legit sounded ~otherworldly~.
