Girl Meets World actress Rowan Blanchard is the 14-year-old who's stylish, adorable and basically talks more sense than any of us did at that age.
She recently defended Kim Kardashian’s nude selfie by calling out feminists for women-bashing...
...and now she's made ANOTHER statement so bold, we're sitting here slow clapping.
Talking to Vanity Fair, Rowan explained why there ain't nothing wrong with taking selfies when you're in public
"Our image has always kind of been painted by men, or for men, so when you see a girl take a selfie in public and she is literally in control of how she wants to look and how she wants to be portrayed, there is such power in that.”
Don’t let anybody tell you that taking a selfie in public is embarrassing or self-centred coz dayum if the natural lighting is on point then you take FULL advantage of that.
Rowan backed her statement up in an epic tweet:
NGL our selfies are defs a work of art so thanks for the acknowledgement girl ;)
