Screams Queens will be back for a second season!

And there's a new killer on the loose.

We were lowkey wondering if Scream Queens would return to TV now that the red devil has been revealed and the Chanels have been shipped off to a mental institution. But you can pop this one in your diary guys cos it’s legit ~HAPPENING~!

The girls of Kappa Kappa Tau are coming back, but this time they won't running around the sorority house at Wallace University - it’ll all take place at an even ~creepier~ hospital.

"Season Two of Scream Queens graduates from the college campus and into an all-new location, as a terrifyingly funny murder mystery will begin once again. This time, the show will be set in a hospital, where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation. Casting to be announced at a later date," the Fox network wrote in a statement.

However Lea Michele, who played Hester aka Red Devil, has no doubts she'll be reprising her role, although she's said she won’t be doing the killing this time.

"Ryan [Murphy, the show’s creator] shared that next season there would be a whole new killer and so to see her [Hester] really in the position of being the victim, I think would be really fun to play.”

There's no confirmation on who else will be back for more ~horror~ and when the #offish air date will be.

"It really hasn’t been decided who’s coming back and how many of them who will be playing their old characters or not [...] Our instinct is that at least a few of those characters will be back with the same actors playing the same roles,” FOX co-chairman and CEO Gary Newman told Deadline.

Still, EXCITING. We'll let you know when we do! <3 <3 <3
