Why “Let It Go” made Lea Michele throw up

Without a doubt, our go-to shower sing-a-long would have to be Frozen’s “Let It Go”.

It is for this reason that we nearly fell off our chair when we heard Glee actress Lea Michele threw up when she tried to sing it.

But the reason why she hurled is probably not what you expect.

When Lea appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she explained that the faux snow falling while she was singing for an upcoming ep of Glee left her gagging.

“I was super nervous. The day didn't start off so well,” she admitted. “I was singing, there was snow falling, I looked up, trying to make it magical and beautiful, and ended up choking on the snow and vomiting on the ground. And they have it in slow-mo, on film.”

LOL – we wonder if that will end up on the ‘gag’ reel.

The actress revealed that she was anxious about her performance because she had such big shoes to fill.

“At first I was sort of worried, because Idina [Menzel] sang it and Demi [Lovato] sang it... you know, so many people have done it. But I got Idina's blessing, which was wonderful.”

We’re sure Lea nailed it and can’t wait to watch her (hopefully vomit-free) version of the tune.
