Get started with 10 reps of tuck jumps, followed by 15 reps of snap push-ups, 10 reps (each side) of X-jumps, and 20 reps of jump lunges. Finish with 20 reps of bent-leg raises and before you know it, you’re done. If you’re not sure how to do the exercises –or even heard of them at all– don’t fret. Just watch the video above for a run through and then work at your own pace.
