Nutty Monkey smoothie

Indulge in this healthy, icy sweet drink!

(Makes 1)

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Crushed peanuts (optional)

To make:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  2. Top with some crushed peanuts if desired.
